They're writing about us!!!

An article about our project was published in “Europe for the Active” magazine (issue 3/2025), published by the Polish National Agency for the Erasmus+ Programme and the European Solidarity Corps: Foundation for the Development of the Education System (FRSE). "Europe for the Active" is a quarterly magazine for beneficiaries of educational and youth programs implemented by the Foundation for the Development of the Education System.

The publication, titled "Scan the quality of education," outlines the goals and objectives of our project and presents the idea and applications of the "Quick Scan" tool. Members of our project team shared their experiences and insights. The full article can be found on our website in Issue 3/2025 at https://www.frse.org.pl/czytelnia/europa-dla-aktywnych-32025 and is attached in PDF format on pages 34-35.

Final conference

As a project coordinator, Warsaw University of Life Sciences – SGGW organized the Final Conference titled “Aligning of quality assurance systems in HEIs and VETs – conclusions from QA-HEVET Erasmus+ project.” As we wanted to invite many interested parties, we divided our conference into two parts – online, one in English, where participants were all around the World, and onsite – in Polish. The project team prepared a series of presentations, giving the project idea, the most important results and application possibilities.

The online conference was organized on 17 January 2025. The conference joined over 120 participants from various European institutions and was a great success. On 23 January 2025, the onsite part of the Aligning HE and VET instruments project (QA-HEVET) project Final Conference took place at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW). The stationary conference was attended by over 200 participants from various HEIs and VET providers in Poland.

The effects and results of our project are available on the website along with the open Quick-scan tool, which everyone has access to and can use online (Quick Scan). The project can be considered a great success, and we are convinced that in the coming years, the tool developed within the project will serve many entities involved in improving the quality of education.

Final online conference

We are delighted to invite you to the Final Conference of the Erasmus+ project Aligning Quality Assurance Systems in HEIs and VETs (QA-HEVET)

Date: 17th January 2025
Time: 13:00–14:30 (CET)
Format: Online (via MS Teams)

The purpose of this conference is to present the project's final product, the Quick Scan Tool for VET Providers and HEIs, and to share the insights and outcomes of our work.

The QA-HEVET project aimed to explore quality assurance frameworks' strengths, weaknesses, and competitiveness in higher education institutions (HEIs) and vocational education and training (VET) providers. Throughout the project, we developed common quality indicators and practical digital tools to support quality assurance assessment across these sectors.

This event is an opportunity for us to come together to foster excellence in education, both in HEIs and VET. We hope to create a space for the European community to engage in meaningful discussions on enhancing quality assurance in education.

Please register for the conference using the form provided here (then we will send you a conference link): https://forms.office.com/e/1rmWZh9D3m

Together, let us work towards advancing the quality of education across Europe.

We look forward to welcoming you to the conference.
