Perugia, Italy

Our third transnational partner meeting took place in beautiful and hot Perugia on July 13-14, 2023. We would like to thank our Colleagues from TUCEP for the sincere welcome and all Partners for their active participation in the meeting!

The meeting was very fruitful. In addition to current organizational problems (the project state of art, the project management, quality assurance and dissemination activities) topics related to the implementation of research tasks were discussed. The focus was on the task: Recommendations for moving to an aligned quality assurance system. The progress presented by Partners and the conducted lively discussions showed that we are on the right track.

The meeting ended with planning activities for the coming months.

Upsala, Sweden

The second transnational meeting of the QA-HEVET project took place on February 16-17, 2023, in Upsala, Sweden at Folkuniversitetet. We are grateful to our Colleagues from Folkuniversitetet for the warm welcome and excellent organization of the meeting!

During the meeting it was summarized the current status of the project: the implementation of the project results, the involvement of the various partners, project management issues, quality assurance, and dissemination activities.

In a brief discussion, the partners indicated the most sensitive areas of the project course and the representative of each organization briefly characterized the results of the desk research on the quality assurance schemes in HEIs and VETs in their countries. Participants shared their experiences on the differences, similarities, strengths and weaknesses of the ESG and EQAVET framework. Moreover, the partners briefly presented the course and main conclusions of the online focus groups conducted with representatives of the HEIs and VET providers in their countries.

The meeting was very successful and ended with agreement on the next steps, tasks and activities.

Larissa, Greece

On the 14th – 15th of July, the new Erasmus+ KA2 VET project called QA-HEVET has just kicked off in beautiful Larissa, thanks to DIMITRA Educational Organisation, which organized this efficient meeting. During the meeting, partners shared their work and experience related to this project, allocated tasks and set deadlines in order to start implementing the project.

A big thank you to the coordinator of this project SGGW / Warsaw University of Life Sciences(Poland), as well as the rest of the partners Δήμητρα Εκπαιδευτικός Οργανισμός (Greece), Folkuniversitetet (Sweden), TUCEP Perugia (Italy) and Emphasys Centre (Cyprus) for the great start on this project.
